ENGS Commercial Finance is an independent commercial finance company specialized in delivering equipment lease and finance solutions to the commercial transportation industry - trucks, trailers, and related equipment. My roll is to develop carrier sponsored owner operator programs as well as managing all national account opportunities.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:• Fiduciary responsibilities - control assets, property management, financial statement, finance portfolio and to act on behalf of and for Arrow Truck Sales• Manage a sales force to include; recruiting, selection, training and accountability • Maintain a minimum size sales force • Responsible for purchasing equipment • Responsible for reconditioning inventory • Repossessions’ and trade-ins, to be managed • To ensure that all branch employee’s comply with the Arrow Truck Sales, Customer Identity Theft and Fraud Prevention Policy – “Red Flag Rules”.

Actively seeks out and researches new business opportunities, from cold-calling to face-to-face presentation. Consults with client about marketing needs, offering creative solutions. Manages sales process from open to close. Oversees job quotes and closes new accounts on a consistent basis. Maintains an extensive client database and manages monthly marketing efforts, including e-mails, newsletters, and promotional visits.

Maintains relationships with existing clients and strives to find new business solutions to meet their needs. Identifies new sales opportunities and takes the sale from open to close. Increased overall department sales by 40% in first 11 months at this position. Second in command in Sheetfed Printing department. Manages subordinates productivity to ensure that deadlines are met.

Identified new business opportunities and initiated communication on behalf of clients; qualified sales leads for clients via phone and e-mail. Maintained and updated client and contact database; met with clients to better understand their needs. Communicated with C-level executives on a daily basis. Consistently led team in quantity and quality of leads produced. Recipient of Employee of the Month award.
