Full screening of technical candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions (including phone screening and face-to-face interviews, administering technical skills tests, running criminal background checks, scheduling drug screens, and running credit checks) •Successfully placed candidates with multiple Fortune 500 companies all over the DFW metroplex in the Information Technology, Telecommunications and Engineering Industries•Negotiated salaries and contract terms with candidates and clients•Deal with all phases of DOD security paperwork (SF-86, SF-85, ISB, eQIP, Credit Authorization).•Management of up to 10 internal recruiters and liaison between the recruiting team, outside sales team, and branch manager•Trained all new hires on recruiting processes, proprietary software, Infrastructure fundamentals, Software Development Life Cycle, database usage, company policies, and employment laws•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.•Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
