Install and test electrical systems for new and rebuilt tablet presses. Installation and testing process included review of Bill of Materials (BOM), electrical schematics, and wiring details. Checking inventory of IPR stock items on BOM for sufficient materials to complete job. Verification of control panel fabrication at subcontractor’s facility, programing Intellution Proficy HMI/SCADA iFix computer to control the press and interface it with Allan Bradley PLC.
