• Responsible for all reporting and metrics for GBS North Americas R&CM• Provide ad-hoc reporting support for GBS North Americas Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Recruiting • Produce executive level reporting across all levels of the organization• Help identify best methods of measurement for Key Performance Indicators• Manage onshore and offshore team responsible for the ad-hoc and production analytics• Enhance and improve existing reporting and processes to support the organization, such as creating more efficient and easy-to-use dashboards or working templates, enhancing reporting to reduce production time, and creating more flexible reporting options• Lead special projects/analytics for GBS NA, such as annual workforce planning, internal reorganizations, and executive ad hoc reporting• Represent GBS NA Analytics interests when communicating to other Geographies, Lines of Business, or Internal Support Functions, specifically Finance and Human Resources
