This was a Call Center Position. I answered calls coming in from Customers in regards to their Intuit Quickbooks Online account. I used Salesforce to document calls as well as search Databases for answers. I used Citrix and the tools the company provided through those to solve them as well. I used Log Me In to view customer's screens, had my own "test account"​ for Quickbooks to be able to help customers walk through processes. I also used a Phone program called ININ to answer the calls that came in. After the calls, I documented the calls through Salesforce.
