Responsible for the Hadley Ox-rich preburner. Simultaneously led production of the Ripley metallic nozzle extension and CMC nozzle development. Acted as Customer Integration Engineer, providing field support for successful engine integration and hotfire test campaigns on customer vehicles as well as one of the Responsible Parties with an explosives license for our igniter and solids ordinance.

Led turbomachinery development and production through additive manufacturing, consisting of all Ni-based components. Responsible for developmental and customer engine builds, maintaining production hardware schedules, developing supplier relationships, managing operational activities, and machining dev hardware. Worked heavily on hardware ATP and discrepancy dispositions as well as failure investigation and improvement of engine assemblies and reverse engineering valves. Additionally led expedited procurement for our complex assemblies, leveraging my manufacturing experience and strong relationships to minimize development downtime.

Created bespoke design solutions for customers from concept throught completed product delivery. Aspects included customer interfacing and design criteria decisions, CAD modeling, reverse engineering, CAM programming, drawing creation, review of in-house designs, component machining, and developing and implementing lean techniques.As part of the R&D team, I performed design, directive, manufacturing, and hot fire testing of rocket motors made from 3D printed ammonium perchlorate propellant formulations. I held the responsibility of safety officer, establishing company propellant precautions and ensuring their practice during manufacturing and hotfire testing operations.

Led manufacturing operations for the 7-axis Citizen Swiss CNC machines to achieve production goals including setups, process development, and production management of parts meeting AS9100 for U.S. Defense contracts as well as managing introduction of mission critical Air Force contracts into the production line.

Hand built snowboards using carbon composite materials for fabrication. Responsible for doubling production. Trained in-stores sales teams, hosted trade shows and events, managed website.

Performed atomic molecular and optical research activities on recombination mechanics that assisted publications in the Journal of Physical Chemistry and Journal of Chemical Physics. Designed electron-beam research equipment with particle trajectory analysis.

Part of the level 1 trauma team which provided higher care to patients and interfaced the Operating Department with the Post Anesthesia Care Unit, Intensive Care Unit, and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
