Founded in 2018 by Erik Rutter and David Weitz with offices in New York City and Miami. Oak Row is most active in the Miami market, with approximately 4 million square feet in various stages of development.Prior to joining Oak Row, Adam was a Principal at L&L Holding Company, a vertically-integrated owner and operator, where his primary responsibilities included the expansion of L&L’s business into the Florida market. During his six years at L&L, Adam helped to acquire, develop or redevelop approximately $3B of office, residential and mixed-use real estate in New York City and Florida.Prior to L&L, Adam spent six years as Vice President of Investments at Normandy Real Estate Partners, a vertically-integrated real estate private equity fund manager. His responsibilities included underwriting and closing investments in New York City, Boston, and Washington D.C. Adam joined Normandy from Deutsche Bank, where he was an analyst in the Real Estate Investment Banking group focused on equity offerings, bond issuance, and M&A advisory.
