As a Quality Technician for Accellent, Inc. I was primarily responsible for ensuring thousands of documents remained current by maintaining our document control system. Additionally, I was responsible for performing calibrations of a variety of test equipment throughout our manufacturing facility and maintaining accurate records in an FDA regulated environment according to ISO 9001 standards.I served as both an internal auditor and supplier auditor, and was subject of multiple internal and supplier audits as well.Also, I was the primary developer of a software solution that helped achieve a key quality improvement objective by providing a robust solution which reduced both human error and labor costs associated with identifying bad products. This software underwent rigorous software validation to 21 Part 11 compliance.

My time at Lynskey Performance proved to be both challenging and rewarding. As a purchasing agent for this rapidly growing startup, I was able to develop vendors from around the corner and around the globe.

While working at Suck Creek Cycles, I directly assisted the company owner handling aspects of accounting, purchasing, and sales functions. One of my key contributions involved making strategic changes in the service department which allowed us to reduce our average turnaround from nearly three weeks to under one week, increasing both customer satisfaction and profits for the business.
