By July 2023, the company announced it was being acquired for $9.9M.As the co-creator of iPolitics—a digital newspaper devoted to Canadian politics—he was at the forefront of new media, and sold to Torstar in 2018.Fuelled by a profound passion for startups and steering innovative ideas towards profitability, Adam assumed the position of Co-Chair at Invest Ottawa, sharing the platform with Ottawa Mayor Mark Sutcliffe. In addition to his executive roles, Adam serves as the Chair of the Board for The National Capital Children's Botanical Garden and heads the Fundraising Committee for the Ingenium Foundation.
