For nearly 20 years, I've been building teams to launch great things online. My experience has taken me around the globe to work with some of the most influential people in the brand and product creation spaces. My martial arts career positioned me to launch the internet's first fully interactive online learning management system in 2006, and my little Japanese Dojo has been streaming to students around the world each night since. We are a non-profit and count on the generosity of our donors, students and benefactors. When the 2009 crash happened, and martial art schools were closing, my business exploded. I launched an agency called All OutSolutions, specific to building local LMS systems to help small business engage using learning experiences with their audience. I exited AS via an acquisition, and I transitioned to co-founding an online real estate education platform that scaled to an eight figure company within 6 years. Currently, it is one the most recognized brands in the multifamily real-estate education space. I wrote a book a few years ago about this journey, trying to keep relevance with an old, primitive samurai art, in an old Japanese Dojo, traveling with students to the mountains of Japan to study under an old man who is awe inspiring ... meanwhile doing this all within the network of the world wide web, so everyone can have access to the learning, as my Sensei asked me to do in 2006. For the last eight years, I've been at the helm of digital innovation for the Catholic Foreign Mission Society of America, my mission has been to bridge brand message and ethos with modern digital marketing strategies for long term donor acquisition. I lead a team of kick ass professional creators and markers who expand our reach and create meaningful ongoing connections.As a Senior UX Designer, I was pivotal in revamping our online presence, ensuring that user experience aligns with the core principles of the Maryknoll Fathers and Brothers (Catholic Foreign Mission Society of America). My approach intertwines my expertise in online marketing with the nuances of user-centered design, fueling engagement and fostering a global community.
