I am a Senior at the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business completing a double major in Finance and Accounting graduating May 2023. I am also on track to receive a Master's in Accounting by May 2024. Over the past 3 years I have had a multitude of professional experiences that have shaped the career I want to pursue. From hosting meetings with regional executives of private wealth management firms to performing QuickBook entries for small businesses, I have seen much of what having a degree in business has to offer. These experiences have given me a strong passion for the conversational side of the business world. I have found that you not only have to be experienced, but you must also have incredibly strong interpersonal skills. Driven professionals with strong interpersonal skills not only garner great communication and listening skills in their workplaces, but also lead, plan, and collaborate effectively. This is the type of professional I want to be, surpassing job expectations and being a strong leader through powerful interpersonal skills and an experienced background.
