• Engaging in conversations with merchants to identify and resolve issues using all available resources, and provide coaching/growth opportunities for their businesses• Ensuring merchants have a quick response time by staying on top of assigned tickets, with same-day ticket review• Completing essential follow-up documentation after each interaction• Advocating for merchants and the Shopify platform by communicating with stakeholders across multiple channels

My Responsibilities are: • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients • Responsible for the organisation and coordination of biannual familiarisation trips to New Zealand • Co-ordinate, host and attend client functions and tradeshows in Australia and New Zealand • Generate Room Nights/ Revenue and F&B Revenues to meet targets• Ensuring existing accounts are kept informed of all current products and services so that all potential business opportunities are maximised• Maintaining a sales call pattern that ensures the needs of each individual account are met• Identify and target the appropriate personnel within each account to maximise business opportunities• Proactively seek out and recognise new business opportunities from new and existing sources • Follow up on all account leads generated from booking enquiries, telemarketing and cold calls • Conducting sales calls and presentations to large client teams across Australia
