Leader of the HR Business Partner team and global human resources delivery for over 8,000 employees in the Software and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) organizations. I am the strategic HR partner to the Chief Connected Vehicle Software Officer as well as the Executive Director of ADAS and CEO of Latitude AI, a Ford subsidiary. I also serve on the HR leadership for the Electric Vehicle, Digital and Design organization as well as Ford's Executive ERG Advisory Council.

I led the People Operations team at Nuna, overseeing the execution of all human resources, recruiting and facilities functions. At Nuna they have built a world-class team of experienced and values-first engineers and technologists dedicated to solving what was once an intractable problem: delivering effective and affordable, high-quality healthcare in the United States. Achievements included significant scaling of the overall HR infrastructure, complete redesign of the company's job architecture and performance management systems, and significant expansion and maturing of the human resources organization at a time of rapid growth in the company.

I led the design, launch and execution of the People Operations functions for the Everyday Robot Project at Google X, in order to stand up the next independent Alphabet company. I built the People team from the ground up and implemented a holistic people strategy over a period when the organization was scaling rapidly.For the last few years, the Everyday Robot Project has been working to see if it’s possible to create robots that can do a range of useful tasks in the messy, unstructured spaces of our everyday lives. Their moonshot is to see if they can make robots as helpful to people in the physical world as computers now are in the virtual world.

Led the HR function for Tech business units (Ranking, Image Search, Knowledge Engine and Actions on Google) within Google’s core Search organization, comprising over a thousand engineers, product managers and technical leaders globally. I acted as a trusted advisor to senior executives and country leadership in driving overall business and people strategy, and was responsible for all HR program delivery across core elements of Google's Search business. Achievements included leadership of rapid global expansion of multiple technical organizations, development of Google’s 2020 Tokyo Tech People Strategy, successful mergers and acquisitions, and significant leadership development of some of Google’s most senior executives.

As Senior HR Business Partner for Global Programs at NYU I was responsible for driving development, implementation and continuous improvement of global HR processes and infrastructure at the University's 11 international sites. I also served as a trusted advisor to University and country leadership around the world. NYU's Global Network has locations on six continents and more undergraduates studying abroad than at any other American university.

Served as lead Project Manager and Chief of Staff to the VP for human resources processes and initiatives across the Global Business Services, Global Credit Administration and Global Security lines of business, comprising more than 7,000 employees globally. Acted as strategic HR Business Partner to senior executives and client organizations. • Owned the design and implementation of HR processes spanning Performance Management, Year-End Compensation Evaluations, Talent Assessment and Planning, annual Human Capital Planning and Business Scorecard, Succession Planning, Diversity, Employee Satisfaction, Organizational Development and Design.• Developed successful change management and communication strategies for all business-wide HR initiatives and reengineering. • Analyzed data and metrics to deliver business solutions around leadership effectiveness, employee engagement and executive compensation in a global, highly matrixed organization.• Designed and launched a management rotation program in six countries with an annual budget of $500K.

Sr. HR Business Partner for a portfolio of PSI’s 11 country offices in the East Africa region as well as several domestic HQ Departments (Corporate Marketing & Communications, Global Philanthropy, Learning and Performance, and Reproductive Health & Tuberculosis departments). PSI is a global health organization with over $650 million USD in annual program revenue and more than 8,000 staff in 69 countries. • Developed partnerships with assigned business groups by working with local HR staff, Country Directors and Senior Management to proactively lead HR initiatives in areas such as employee relations, recruitment, compensation, benefits, organizational development and performance management.• Strengthened the HR function of PSI’s East Africa offices by training and building the capacity of local HR Leaders and Country Directors as well as providing technical assistance remotely and in person; spent more than 3 months on the ground in Africa (Angola, Ethiopia, Malawi and South Africa) on consulting projects ranging from country wide reorganizations, platform HR needs analyses, organizational restructuring, and managing local employee relations issues. • Identified qualified candidates and facilitated all aspects of recruitment, domestic and international (including positions in Africa, Asia and Latin America), for an average of 40 positions annually.

Human Resources Generalist for NAR's Washington, DC office. NAR is the largest trade association in North America with over 1 million members.• Oversaw all aspects of the recruitment and hiring process for staff vacancies at all levels.• Acted as primary benefits liaison with staff and vendors; administered open enrollment; reconciled claims issues.• Developed and executed robust internal training curriculum for staff by coordinating with several outside facilitators on dozens of courses offered on-site each year.• Provided confidential counseling to managers and staff on employee relations and policy issues; ensured compliance with applicable state and federal laws.• Managed the HR function for a start-up online credit union owned by NAR’s venture capital arm and headquartered in Rockville, MD.

Sole HR practitioner for the IIF. The IIF is a global association of the world’s financial institutions, providing economic analysis focused on emerging market countries and global capital flows while acting as a forum and regulatory voice for over 500 member institutions in more than 70 countries.
