As the COO and Studio Head at Reality+, I spearhead operations and creative direction within a forward-thinking Web3 game and brand experience developer and publisher. My leadership extends across multiple critical areas including Marketing, Web Development, Art, Game Design, Metaverse Development, Analytics and Live Services, Production, QA, Engineering (Frontend and Backend), Community, UX, and UI.In addition to managing these diverse teams, I personally drive the meta systems design and the economic architecture of our games, ensuring that our offerings are not only innovative but also strategically sound and engaging.
