I am a UX Designer with experience in designing native mobile applications, responsive web applications and websites. I also have experience in conducting UX audits, research, prototyping and usability tests as well as close cooperation with the development team I came to Design a bit by accident, after finishing my dance career I wanted to become a programmer and already during the JS course it turned out that my natural competences such as curiosity, a sense of aesthetics, creativity and ease in making contacts fit the role of a designer rather than a developer and I have decided to follow this career pathCurrently, I work with Bravelab, a software agency where, working with clients from Poland, UK, helping to create and develop products for the technology and e-commerce industry and I am involved in many internal processes I like to think about myself in terms of a Renaissance man, I have an open mind and a high empathy factor, I draw inspiration and experience from many areas of life and science, which allows me to better understand the needs of both business and user, and thus design for both of these groups better solutionsI value the work in the Team the most, where my main motivation is achieving the set goals together, but I am not afraid to work solo, I am organized, I prioritize tasks well, keep deadlines, I care about details without losing my head of the "Big Picture" view I approach design very holistically, I always try to understand the product as a whole, which allows me to better define the problem that I want to solve and the problems that I may encounter in this process. This approach also allows me to better choose the tools that will help me achieve the goal of finding the “sweet spot” between business goals and user needs.
