I am thrilled to announce the start of my journey together the K-Youth Cybersecurity Talent Program by Nexagate, in collaboration with the Malaysian Technology Development Corporation (MTDC) and Khazanah Nasional Berhad. This 4-month program offers participants an immersive experience in the three core pillars of cybersecurity: Risk Compliance, Offensive Security, and Managed Security.What distinguishes this program is its holistic approach, which not only prepares participants for the CompTIA Security+ certification and recognition from NEXA Academy but also provides coaching and mentorship on vital soft skills. These include communication, leadership, presentation, storytelling, report writing, people management, and most importantly the development of a strong working culture.

In my previous role with the SharePoint Support team, I provided expert assistance by responding to client inquiries about SharePoint issues via email or remote sessions through Team Call, as well as troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing SharePoint environments check. I ensured seamless collaboration by managing permissions and overseeing upgrades and customizations. My commitment was to enhance productivity and promptly resolve issues, ensuring an efficient SharePoint experience for all users.

Throughout my valuable internship experience as a diligent security analyst, I actively generated tickets using a sophisticated Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) monitoring system. This instrumental responsibility empowered me to document and escalate security incidents promptly, ensuring swift and comprehensive resolutions to potential threats within the organizational environment, particularly within the internal MSU Shah Alam network.

As part of my previous internship, my responsibilities included managing and debugging any issues that arose with website responsiveness across various devices. This entailed ensuring that the website functioned seamlessly and displayed correctly on different screen sizes and resolutions. I took charge of identifying and rectifying any problems encountered, guaranteeing a smooth user experience for visitors accessing the website from desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
