Plenty of organisations have in-house recruiters or recruitment teams specifically to do this. Where I can add value as an external recruiter is by finding people that a client cannot find themselves. When I see good people I track them, I keep in touch with them and I engage with them. I can run a professional end-to-end recruitment process while incorporating all search tools including use of a cloud-based database, advertising through a number of media, networking/referrals and social media tools.I can also provide market analysis and information, career and salary advice, write and update job descriptions and develop and train other recruiters both in-house and in my own business.
