I am a Human Resources Generalist at SUPERSPRING, a leading IT Company with GPS Tracker and Dashcam as our leading products in Indonesia. I joined the company in Feb 2024 and since then I have been responsible for performing various HR functions, such as recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits. I work closely with the HR Supervisor and the business leaders to align the HR strategies and practices with the organizational goals and values.I have a strong educational background and professional experience in the HR field. I graduated from Politeknik Ketenagakerjaan with an associate's degree in Human Resources Management, where I learned the theoretical and practical aspects of HR functions, such as job analysis, job evaluation, model competencies, and people development. I also gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Staff at Mesin Isuzu Indonesia Pt, the leading automotive company in Indonesia, where I managed the end to end recruitment cycle and training management for 10 months, contributing to the hiring and development of qualified and diverse talent. Additionally, I have excellent oral and written English skills, as evidenced by my TOEIC CBT score of 875, and I hold two professional certifications from BNSP as a Human Capital Staff and a Human Resources Supervisor.I am highly motivated, versatile, and eager to learn and grow in the HR field.
