I communicated directly with customers, via both phone and email, to arrange prompt and accurate delivery of their shipments. I received training in and excelled at AS400 and TL2000. I communicated across departments to satisfy customer complaints, and I organized customer shipments from their delivery routes to ensuring on time deliveries to correct locations.

I was promoted to shift manager because of my loyalty to the company and dedication to the customers. I lead shifts of up to twenty five employees to ensure that food delivery was quick and courteous interactions with customers.
