Managed and led the engineering re-design of the entire Enterprise architecture to implement numerous performance improvements, lessons learned from historical production actuals, and long-term sustainment enhancements. Performed additional duties as the site lead for Marine Corps Systems Command Detachment Charleston.

Interface Project Manager for Global Combat Support System - Marine Corps (GCSS-MC), a highly customized Oracle E-Business Suite 11i/Oracle Database 10gR2 based Enterprise Resource Planning System. Led a complete redesign of Enterprise Publish/Subscribe web service reports and managed implementation of DLMS EDI X.12 changes. Managed stakeholder engagement across 20+ external agencies, performing cross-functional issue troubleshooting, solution development and implementation teams as the liaison between GCSS-MC and legacy Logistics Information Systems. Managed over one million dollars in system change requests from cradle to grave, forming, directing, and managing ad hoc cross-functional teams to ensure accurate issue identification, solution design, testing, and implementation.

Led and managed a major US Marine Corps private security procurement from initial concept through contract award and deployment of full capability. Conducted manpower planning and supervised force deployment planning and execution for II Marine Expeditionary Force (II MEF) Headquarters Group.

Ordnance Officer for Headquarters Group, II Marine Expeditionary Force. Supervised nine Marines and managed over $10M worth of sensitive item inventory, including weapons, optics, and other combat equipment. Balanced limited resources to ensure uninterrupted support to over 30 deployed/detached units, five major subordinate units, and higher organizational requirements. Supported 2 major combat deployments, to include the movement of over 10,000 controlled, serialized items into and out of combat theaters. Ensured compliance with statutory and service regulatory requirements, attaining a "no-findings" result on the 2010 Commanding General's Readiness Inspection.

Motor Transport Officer, Headquarters Group, II Marine Expeditionary Force. Supervised over 80 operators and maintenance personnel in support of II Marine Expeditionary Force (II MEF) and five major subordinate units. Managed the incidental operator licensing program, ensuring competency and compliance for over (300) incidental operators. Designed a custom pre-deployment training program for over 50 Marines that addressed critical capability requirements that ultimately supported a high tempo of operations once forward deployed. Supervised the maintenance and distribution of over $50M worth of rolling stock to meet mission and training requirements.

Served as an enlisted Marine in the US Marine Corps Reserve. Completed a diverse array of on-the job training on the establishment, maintenance, security, and displacement of communications infrastructure. Supported seven exercises with radio communications networks, field telephone networks, and utilities implementations. Implemented VHF SINCGARS radio nets, UHF microwave links, and multiplexing subscriber services. Sustained established communications networks, including troubleshooting service outages and conducting cryptographic synchronization.

Supervised a team of (6) ResNET support agents, distributed individual support requests via AR Remedy, served as Tier 2 Escalation agent for individual on-site technical support. Managed and implemented semi-annual educational programs for the on-campus population on various technical topics relevant to undergraduate students.
