Adam Murad, an associate in Katten’s Chicago office with a broad litigation practice, has represented clients in the pharmaceutical, hospitality, and telecommunications industries. For these clients, Adam has taken the lead on drafting dispositive motions, managing e-discovery involving large volumes of sensitive documents, and filing premerger notifications under the Hart-Scott-Rodino (“HSR”) Antitrust Improvements Act. Adam has extensive experience in complex commercial disputes involving antitrust, securities fraud, and breach of contract claims. Adam graduated from the Duke University School of Law in 2010, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Duke Journal of Gender Law and Policy.
