I manager our aggregate sales in Western Iowa and Eastern Nebraska in addition to my roles as Vice President and Chief Business Officer. Those roles include managing the sales for the Des Moines, IA and Macon, MO branches. I work with all of our manufacture and supplier companies to maintain sales comprehension and maintain a mutually beneficial relationship. I am always investigating and identifying new products and/or opportunities to suite our customer needs. I work with our operations suppliers to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness. I also work with others in the company leadership to plan, organize, and lead the company on a daily basis.

Central Service and Supply provides a variety of products and services. We have a strong focus toward services in the Aggregated Minerals industries. As an outside sales rep my role is to continue to build on the relationships with our current customer base and identify new areas of opportunity. We have a variety of current vendors but some of exclusive manufacture agreements include Metso, AMH, Godwin, HydroFlo, Flygt, Twin City Wire, TEMA, McLanahan, Thor. At Enterprise I had a variety of different roles and titles. Regardless of role or title, customer service aptitude and sales execution were extremely important to success of branches. As the branch manager I was responsible for training and developing employees. Running the branch as a profit center, by using EOM statement reporting with daily revenue reporting and make necessary adjustment to ensure profitability. I also marketed our brand and branch to our existing and new customers. We had multiple business segments in the replacement, business, and retail markets. Each uniquely different but still important to maintain growth. Customer service and sales were measured and used as a basis for promotion and recognition regularly. A Branch Manager matrix was instituted in Aug 2012 and during that time I was in the top 10 among Home City managers in the 4 state area 12 of the 18 months, winning the Top Branch Manager aware in August 2012, Sept 2012, and February 2013.
