I am looking for a rewarding and challenging career in Technology to further progress and develop my skills. My passion for technology began at a very young age and I built my first computer when I was 11. Throughout school my graphic communication, Physics and IT work were often used to help and educate other students. I have a passion for technology and the way it is evolving to shape our future. I enjoy playing golf. competitive gaming and keeping up with the latest advancements in technology.In my previous employment, I was constantly being commended for my outstanding technical support, product knowledge and ability to resolve complex issues. I was involved in sales and providing technical support. Some of the recognition I received: “Adam put an IT specialist to shame when a customer came in with an issue on his laptop. The windows key had not activated. The customer’s IT technician could not resolve this issue despite calling both HP and windows and had an email to say the goods were faulty and advising him to bring it back to store. Adam spent 15 minutes updating the drivers and completely resolving the activation issue and saving a huge £950 sale”“Adam was fantastic! He was extremely friendly and professional in his attitude, but also very knowledgeable about the products on offer, not rushing me at all and offering me valuable advice - a real asset to the store”I was consistently recognised for generating the highest levels of sales and aftersales, providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge. I even managed to sell a £2500 TV to a customer that wasn’t even out on display, after they came in to upgrade their existing tv. I was also the top-selling salesperson on my first day in the technology department. I also created a laptop/tablet plan to increase sales.I work equally well in a team or by myself and won’t stop until I find a solution to a problem.
