About Adam Odgaard

Since 2012, Adam has served on the board of his family business Isabella A/S. Based in Vejle, Denmark, Isabella is the largest manufacturer of camping accessories for caravans and RV's in Europe. Isabella was founded in 1957 by his grandfather Søren Odgaard.After retiring his consulting hat, Adam started Poke Guru in 2018: a fast-healthy food concept in Indianapolis, Indiana. He now operates two locations in downtown Indianapolis with plans to expand in the near future. After receiving consistent requests to carry tea at Poke Guru, Adam decided to start his own tea company after not being satisfied with what he found on the market. Moncha Beverage Company specializes in importing single origin tea from areas of the world that have been growing tea for millennia. All Moncha Bev Co's teas are brewed in small batches & canned by hand at their startup location in downtown Indianapolis, IN.In 2023, Adam seized an opportunity to open a sushi concept, Rolli, in an available space in The Garage Food Hall. Rolli’s mission is to excite and invoke curiosity through unique ingredients and bold flavors.
