Ebert has an extensive track record in the New Zealand construction sector with a particular focus on design and build projects for the process industry. This role was within the Design Management team and involved all aspects of project delivery from initial project definition and procurement through to construction and commissioning. Worked closely with clients and process suppliers to gain a thorough understanding of their requirements. Managed numerous design consultants as well as providing extensive input into design detailing and construction planning and programming.

Project Engineer within the National Electrification Program. Principally working on route clearance analysis on GWML and connecting routes in England and Wales but also other various projects and studies throughout the UK.Examples of works undertaken:> Route clearance study, option and cost planning in advance of GWML electrification programme > Management of dynamic modelling of the under-development Series 2 OLE> Analysis of cost/benefit and practical feasibility of conversion of all remaining third-rail (DC) electrification systems in the UK to (AC) OLE> Route clearance studies on Valley Lines, Wales

Project management role within team delivering duplication and electrification of 14km of the North Island Main Trunk from McKay's Crossing to Waikanae. Project budget NZD $110 million. Project successfully completed April 2011.

Project Engineer/Management role primarily responsible for providing management and technical support to KiwiRail Network divisions within the southern North Island. Duties also included:· Prepare, manage and let tenders for construction contracts· Scope, design and implement rail infrastructure improvements for KiwiRail, external stakeholders and rail customers· Manage machine group work programs· Carry out field and desktop studies into large infrastructure improvement programs

Responsibilities:· Provide technical and site support for field staff· Manage track de-stress team· General duties as requiredAchievements:· De-stressed over 25km of track· Assisted in over 15km of derailment repair· Managed track undercutter machine group removing 1.5km of mudspots from the Main North Line· Provided construction monitoring for major renewals, earthworks and new constructions· Managed work train program for Christchurch Area
