I worked as Project Manager in the Education Sector, with high profile clients, across HE/FE and schools programmes, and in the delivery of complex science research laboratories in quantum research, and was part of the Next Generation Leadership cohort of the Talent Programme at Arcadis.

The role provides an experience across the construction sectors, especially in understanding the industry supply chain.• Project managed the development of a new product for the Construction Plant Industry. Used the industry knowledge to develop a set of MoSCoW requirements. Produced a Business Case for the Group Investment Committee, and aided in the finalisation of the contract and commercial agreements. Product currently in beta testing.• Oversaw the negotiations for a logistics partnership to reduce costs per trip for logistics by 40%. Developed KPIs and oversaw the commercial agreements.• Executed the transcription of the Group’s Health and Safety strategy into tangible initiatives for Select. Initiated the centralisation of data into a control centre, cutting costs of monitoring by placing it off-site and currently in developing a new form of communication for crane drivers on site.Working under the Group's Business Improvement and Supply Chain Director, the role involves formulating and seeing to completion Business Improvement projects across the whole of the organisation, whilst providing support and aid in developing the strategy leading to Business Improvement

For Select Plant Hire (subsidiary of LOR), I led the projects arising from translating the strategy of increasing the outreach to external clients into manageable projects.• Formulated the interpretation of the strategy with tangible projects, and generated the business case for each and presented to the Business Unit Leadership Committee, including the Group Vice-Chairman.• Managed and employed Marketing and Design consultants to enable a consistent presence for the identified audience.• Project Managed the development of new brand identity and website. Multiplied online visibility by 190% in a week.
