While at Make It Mine, I led the Technology Function within the business, managing Development, Infrastructure, Data and Business Analysis teams. I was responsible for our digital transformation strategy which focused on creating a seamless e-commerce experience for consumer leasing. Key outcomes included:Design and implementation of an automated approval engine and company wide paperless digitisation, reducing application approval lead times from over 14 days to under half an hour with no-touch automated actioning of over 70% of loan applications, and providing a streamlined analysis review screen for assessors. Delivering a machine learning based risk model for automating customer approvals and risk based price modelling, reducing our bad debt rates by 8%. Launch of new product brand extensions including Layby and No Interest Loans under MIM Pay Brand. Development of in house case management platforms for CRM activities across sales, operations, logistics, and customer care, widely automating business processes. Implementation of logistics platform with price/delivery optimisation system.Deployment of enterprise data warehouse solution and executive reporting dashboards.
