Being a Co-Founder means I have led every area of the business, from product, to engineering, to customer experience, to sales. My primary role is to bring our vision to life and create the most value possible for our customers.At Casted we're creating the first and only podcasting and video solution for Enterprise and B2B brands. I've designed differentiated features, created pricing and packaging, and developed Sales and CX processes to bring the product to market and ensure success with our customers.As the technical leader, I've done everything from designing and developing early versions of the product and growing and leading a team of designers, engineers, product managers, and vendors. We've created some world-first features including powerful integrations with enterprise systems and AI & ML workflows. I've also led Casted in our ongoing security journey including SOC II.

Team lead for consultants and engineers in the design and execution of custom solutions and onboarding of Saas technology.

Full stack development of custom solutions and projects for clients. I leveraged my client facing expertise to help clients uncover their problem and explore solutions that combined Emarsys’s marketing technology and custom software.Also built several internal tools, especially those designed to make the onboarding process more efficient, including a custom ETL tool built entirely with NodeJS and cloud technology.

My primary responsibilities ranged from supporting direct sales reps as a technical liaison for prospects, to crafting product requirements, to developing solutions, to product marketing research and analysis.The role allowed me to express my many diverse passions including programming, client facing communication, problem solving, product strategy, and project management. I also got to learn a great deal about sales cycles, positioning a product in a competitive market, and nurturing prospects through the buying process.

My team had two main focuses. Our first priority was implementing clients onto the SmarterHQ platform which required a blend of client communication, project management, product knowledge, and technical programming. We reduced implementation time from an excess of 90 days to reliably within 30 days of contract signature.In addition to on boarding new clients, my team led the architecting and execution of unique solutions. Each client is different and their technology stack often required unique gaps to be filled by our software. We developed the ideas, documented them, and in many cases executed on the solution to accomplish client goals. This required communication with every department in the organization in addition to technical scoping and development.
