For over two decades, I have been designing and building web-based applications that solve complex problems, delight users, and create value. As a senior software engineer, I have specialized in single-page, web-based applications using technologies such as Node.js, React, Angular, and Vue.js. I have also developed developer tools and environments, browser extensions, smart TV and mobile first apps, and B2B and social products.Most recently, I worked at AliveCor Inc., where I developed Node.js and React-based applications for the leading provider of AI-powered personal ECG devices and services. I architected and oversaw the implementation of multi-tier solutions, configured and built CI systems, managed releases, mentored engineers, and worked with international development teams. I also reviewed pull requests and maintained repositories, ensuring code quality and best practices. I am entrepreneurially-minded and motivated, and I enjoy working in larger organizations as well as start-ups. I have led teams of engineers within agile development environments, and I have also founded and run my own company.
