Adam has been associated with international dairy management consulting and training since 2007. In his current capacity as senior consultant with infodairy, he has worked with dairy farm clients around the globe. Due to his extensive experience and background in large dairy management in the United States, he is able to successfully assist dairy clients providing them with professional solutions, modern information, and effective training to increase their profits. The main concept that Adam is currently focusing on in the dairy industry is management training. Green Meadow Farms is the largest Registered Holstein farm in the world.In 2000 while manager at Green Meadow Farms, Adam, together with the management team, created and implemented a Dairy Systems Management program. This "system" of management, is now practiced on many of the successful large dairy farms in the United States and around the world. It focuses on managing based on the "systems" principal, creating consistent and controllable work which results in higher production, profitability, and a dairy farm that is much easier to manage.
