Hello and thank you for visiting my profile! 👋🏻 My name is Adam Pekala and I am an ambitious entrepreneur, engineer and leader. After many years of design and leadership practice gained on world-class projects, I decided to pursue a career of my own and start a business in the AEC industry. 🏗🏡🧱I truly care about people and relationships, both in my professional and personal life. Working for great clients towards a common goal, collaborating with visionary architects and solving pressing challenges with like-minded consultants is what drives me on a daily basis. Moreover, I believe the industry and environment need sustainable businesses now more than ever. 🌍🌿 It is with these principles in mind I am currently building my consultancy and modular construction businesses. 🪵🎋👷🏻‍♂️In my book, the architecture and construction industry need a rapid change with brave innovation and not just sustainable, but regenerative solutions. I trust both us and the new generation of practitioners can spearhead the change, therefore I am a huge advocate of passing knowledge and ideas forward. 📚💡 That is why, since 2018 I love to inspire and teach students at Stanford University’s AEC Global Teamwork, where I am an industry mentor. 🎓I am delighted to share that my consultancy, engineering and mentoring activities have been recognised through my shortlisting to final five FRI Danish Young Consultants of 2020 award - Årets Unge FRI Rådgiver 2020. 🇩🇰🏅I love meeting new passionate people to exchange experiences and broaden horizons.
