I founded FEI in 2015 to raise awareness to the environmental, financial, and broader social impact of heavy, unsanitary, and injury-causing wood pallets vs. lightweight, recyclable corrugated pallets. After attaining funding for the nonprofit and building a team, Change the Pallet turned pallets into a national environmental issue that attained the public support of The World Bank, leading sustainability nonprofits, environmental thought leaders including Roger Ballentine and former Denver CSO Jerry Tiananow, and some twenty major universities and colleges.In building the organization and campaign, my responsibilities included corporate development, fundraising, strategic planning, alliances, campaign strategy, operations and team build / management.
