This is a Part time kids coaching role, for the ages between 2-5. My responsibilities are to ensure first of all the kids have fun and feel safe, secondly the activities are both engaging and slightly demanding so the kids don't feel bored. This job has allowed me to further improve skills such as communication, public speaking and other bonuses such as confidence in the workplace.All of which can be taken away from this job with me, also my time management is critical for this role as classes are back to back, overall this Role has helped me improve existing skills and is a fun and engaging role to be involved in.

This is a coaching based role for kids aged 4-10, it was my first coaching role and showed me key skills involved with coaching and being a positive role model for children. My Responsibilities were to help run or to solo run a P.E lesson for children, the sports varied from athletic's to ball games, the lessons would be properly time managed and have a clear aim. With focus on helping improve the children's skill. I would often have to take groups of 20 plus kids with help of an assistant. This allowed me to properly and safely delegate responsibilities to my assistant in order to keep the work load even. Overall this coaching Role developed my overall character to be more confident when coaching and interacting with parents over issues or feedback. Lastly, this job was my first experience of proper reflection, the use of this has helped me perform better and look at my =self with an outside perspective and is a skill I use at all times now.
