As a team lead I was responsible for fulfillment of IT staffing augmentation on a contract, contract to hire, and permanent placement basis for myself and a team of recruiters. On a daily basis I identified candidates to work in local Atlanta, as well as markets nationwide. I was a critical member of numerous successful recruiting teams within both the Commercial and Federal Space.Essential Functions:• Manage the entire full life cycle recruiting process for information technology business groups within fortune 500 enterprises, and Federal clients nationwide.• Placed daily recruiting calls for: Identification, Qualifying, Screening, Interviewing, On-boarding, Management, Retention, and Placement of Talent.• Identify candidates with IT skill sets including but not limited to: Software Development, ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence, Infrastructure/Networking, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Help Desk, etc. within Financial, Telecom, Manufacturing, Insurance, Federal and other verticals.• Ability to locate niche US Government Cleared, and Clearable Resources (Top Secret Poly, Top Secret, Secret and Public Trust) to work on high availability Government/Federal projects.• Participate in all phases Human Resources consisting of on boarding of new hires, Handbooks, Employee I9 and W2, Compliance and Regulations, Payroll, Employee Reviews, Terminations, etc. Maintain relationships with contract staff to ensure retention and placement when finishing current assignments.
