As General Manager at Swedish Motors my progressive business strategy expanded market reach as well as customer retention. The company increased its profitability and saw long term growth. Beyond traditional business management I created an environment where employees could thrive. The company culture created strengthened the businesses public image. New customer acquisition increased and additional service lines were brought on.After optimizing the European service & parts department I worked to plan the companies growth. After creating a plan for expansion and securing financing an additional location was purchased. The Sales department was moved to increase drive by traffic and allow for service expansion. Four additional service bays were added to accommodate the increased service volume.While at Swedish Motors I participated in the IAP20 Group and developed relationships with industry partners. These partnerships allow for the continued growth of the company.

Established a used car sales department and implemented a plan for sustainable growth and profitability. Created a plan for implementation of the department including: hiring and human resources, department policies and procedures, business relationships, marketing & sales.At Specialized Auto the used car sales department became an additional profit center for the company. It satisfied the demand for reconditioned vehicles by current service customers. The department also created new service customers.
