My endeavors thus far have allowed me to touch every part of the Procurement process from cradle-to-grave (conception through contract close-out). The skills I have developed through this experience include:-Developing and enforcing Policies and Procedures-Contract review and administration-Handling pre-award activities (Issuing Solicitations, Vendor Pre-qualification, review of Prime Contracts, etc.)-Establishing subcontracts, purchase orders, and Teaming Agreements-Developing Flow-Downs -NegotiationIn addition, I yearn to continually develop and grow and constantly push myself to keep abreast of current trends. In recent years I have completed both a MBA program via Strayer University and a Contract Management Leadership Development Program through NCMA.
