In this role Adam led the definition of global industry strategies, managed global industry teams and programs, established a global major pursuits function, and supported the building of priority global client relationships.

As Managing Partner of Consulting at Deloitte Australia, Adam was responsible for managing and leading Deloitte's national management consulting practice. By the end of his leadership this was a practice of over 120 partners and 1200 people spanning strategy, operations, finance, customer, digital, information management, technology, human capital and actuarial consulting. Over the time as a leader Adam transformed and more than doubled the size of this practice and established Deloitte Consulting as the clear leader in the Australian consulting marketplace.

Adam managed and led Deloitte Australia's technology consulting practice incorporating technology advisory, enterprise information management and digital consulting. Over the five years Adam was in this role, he led the maturing and tripling in size of what, by May 2010, was widely recognised as one of the best performing and most important practices in the firm. In this time he had accountability for developing a market leading digital consulting practice and led the establishement from scratch of a highly successful information management consulting practice.

Over his time in the role Adam focused on issues such as market eminence, client focus, team building, people leadership, and was responsible for leading the significant growth (30+% year on year) and maturity of this practice.
