Utilizing a comprehensive suite of characterization techniques (in-situ ellipsometry, AFM, XPS, FTIR) to elucidate photoresist behaviors.

Used scanning probe microscopy in conjunction with a tuning fork oscillator to refine small force detection. Attempted to characterize viscous materials such as nanoparticle ionic materials (NIMs) that currently do not have high precision force data that is obtainable using traditional scanning probe microscopy.
