Worked as a Fast Tracked Manager employee, which meant in due time, I was to run the Auburn Hills branch under my trainer who'd become the regional manager. I daily handled three to five new hires in the daily door to door sales of the product, assising the employee not feeling ready by giving them a pep talk, and worked along side them til they felt that they can handle solo work.
