Manage and train concession stand cashiers, cooks, and food runners, coordinate and manage orders of food, drinks, and souvenir items, staging merchandise in a presentable manner to increase sales, transfer merchandise, food and beverages in and out of warehouse, food and beverage management experience, inventory management of all concession stands at Constellation Field, resolve and report all customer complaints and suggestions to upper management, assist Operations Manager with inventory of the whole stadium.

Staged and presented listings and open houses, contributed to 3.5 million dollars in Real Estate sales, administrative errands and tasks, taught how to use and setup new software and devices for business uses, answered any potential client questions about properties.

Setup and cleanup a $22.5 million dollar practice facility. During home games, I would help visiting teams setup for the game such as coaches comm, tarp, and locker room. During practice, I would keep track of periods and time of practice. Worked on helmets, gave out cleats, sanitized shoulder pads every week, helped with recruiting on weekends, and laundry.

Started at the age of 15 as a bagger working weekends. At the age of 16, was promoted to cashier during which I was also promoted to floor manager. As floor manager, I was in charge of relieving people for breaks, assigning people to positions, and closing down registers at the end of the night. At the age of 16 through 18, I was also a customer service booth representative where I did customer exchanges and returns, money orders, Western Union transactions, and Texas Lottery.
