In this position I managed a diverse staff of 25 ranging from supervisor to entry level positions. In this position I performed the monthly analysis, reporting, and remittance of funds for 9 mid-sized mortgage portfolios (Approximately 100,000 loans in total).The analysis addressed various aspects of the portfolio including delinquency, bankruptcy, and late payment statistics. The analysis also calculated the investment's overall return and service fees in order to determine and process the remittance. Throughout this position I used database, spreadsheet, and financial analysis programs including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, SQL, and Monarch. I was responsible for data mining, database management, and building and maintaining scripts/macros.
