As the Head of APAC Sales at Funnel, I lead a team of talented and driven professionals who deliver innovative and data-driven solutions to marketers across the region. I also work closely with the executive, marketing, product, RevOps and customer success teams to ensure alignment and feedback on the customer needs, expectations, and challenges. Since joining Funnel in April 2021, I have achieved multiple milestones, such as expanding the customer base, increasing the revenue, and improving the retention rate in the region.
