Credit analysis, collections, retail finance customer support, and process improvement. About 865 dealer accounts in total. I also completed many special projects, many of which were in other areas of the business at Manitou.

Answered technical parts support questions using the phone and e-mail, covering all four brands of equipment (Manitou, Gehl, Mustang, and Edge), on product going as far back as the 1960's. Ran weekly and quarterly Call Center reports for the Parts Support department, and helped develop policy while on the Parts Policies and Procedures team. Created spreadsheets tracking orders, returns, and monies that flow through Parts Support. Wrote credit requests and entered orders for dealers, Uploaded legacy parts and operator's manuals to the Dealer Portal (a Web site for dealers). Organized and submitted Portal content, and helped callers understand how to use the Portal and helped them fix problems. Submitted parts manual corrections and updates to Technical Publications, and wrote Parts Bulletins, Dealer Quick Reference Lists, and Suggested Stocking Lists for dealerships.

Wrote installation instructions (for kits and accessories), Operator's manuals, Parts manuals, and Service manuals for Gehl and Mustang compact excavator, all-wheel-steer, and articulated loader compact construction equipment from 2004 to 2008, and additionally Gehl agricultural implement equipment from 2004 to 2006.

Updated Gehl Company and Mustang Mfg. compact excavator Parts manuals as a consultant.

Wrote user manuals and online-text to support end users of proprietary Manpower-developed software applications. The software was used in field offices to accomplish personnel staffing objectives for Manpower clients.

Wrote Release Notes, Service Bulletins, and User Manuals for Metrix software application Repair Center, Support Center, System, and Inventory components.

Supervised tellers, balanced safe, ATM machine, opened accounts, ran branch operations during weekend and evening hours, at multiple branches (not simultaneously). I worked at this job on a full-time and part-time basis.
