Positioned in our key nbn FTTC/FTTN programs to perform identification and standardisation of business core processes and process measures/SLA’s through process mapping tools, process walk-throughs and information gathering.- Identified opportunities for improvement through the application of CI tools such as process mapping, root cause analysis, LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies.- Worked with internal stakeholders to understand business shortfalls, facilitated data analysis, and built data visualisations with Aginity Pro and Power BI to resolve the shortfalls.

Content was focused on people and capability, technical training, digital campaigns and external communications.- Directed end-to-end delivery of live streams, delivering over 26 events streamed nationally to over 1,300 employees. Utilised completely custom and private hardware/software in this process.- Administrator and developer of our organisation's intranet (SharePoint), duties included building team pages with online collaboration tools and apps, developing video and web content.

- Partnered with over 450 Melbourne-based medium/large businesses to deliver and deploy software MDM strategies and Apple solutions across a large range of industries.- Utilised an advanced and custom CRM with built-in SAP/SIEBEL platform and ticket system.- Worked with 3 international teams based in Singapore and Hong Kong to deliver on product solutions.- Hosted weekly workshops for Apple customers in Melbourne (one-on-one and up to 25 attendees), covering topics such as photography, FileMaker Pro, business software basics, video editing and product basics.
