My bachelor’s thesis was of the topic ‘’Non-destructive evaluation of production quality of different technologies for fabrication of dental single crowns and fixed partial dentures,’’ during which I acquired and widely used my knowledge of Volume Graphics software for the measurement part along with Bruker software for its 3D scanning and reconstruction. After the bachelor’s thesis, I had my state exam mainly from Prosthetics and Orthotics along with Materials and technology of production.During my second degree at the Uni Freiburg, I was also working at the chair of Micro and material mechanics for more than a year. The subject of my HiWi was the design of mechanical cells in Autodesk Inventor and consecutive rapid prototyping on an FDM printer.For my master’s thesis I decided to go more into the field and market of biomedical devices hence I joined a development department of the company CorTec GmbH, Freiburg. Here my responsibilities involved neural probes design, development and optimization.
