AGC supplies high-quality glass products to commercial, residential, and specialty markets worldwide. Recruited from the corporate office to fabrication division in 2003. Challenged to grow a small residential facility into one of the larger fabrication facilities within the AGC umbrella. This is my third stint with the company, leaving in 2008 to become Inside Sales Manager at Coastal, and in 2010 when economic strains closed the sales offices. In my time with the company, I have held many different roles. As inside sales representative, commercial project manager and currently project leader within the operations sector. The Jacksonville branch has grown by roughly 300% since joining the fabrication division in 2003.

Coastal Glass is a leader in the fabrication of glass products, with an emphasis in the residential/specialty sector. In 2008, I was brought in to spearhead a new market for Coastal. Until then, their main focus was serving customers in the Carolinas. Using an aggressive sales strategy, we roughly grew sales by 40% within 9 months. Worked closely with the CEO and Operations Manager in most day to day operations. Helped create advertising solutions for business owners, while meeting and exceeding sales quotas.Achieved a status among the Top 10 nationally, with $25,000 in advertising sales; $23,000 coming from new business.
