Spent the first twenty-five years of my life pursuing a career as a hockey player, I played Major-Junior, professionally, and varsity with Carleton before realizing I'd be more successful if I began using my brain for entrepreneurship instead of a punching bag. While juggling university and varsity hockey I fell in love with the business world after joining a student entrepreneurship program called Student Management Experience. At the end of my first year with the program, I was awarded Associate of the Year. This opened the door for me to begin mentoring other motivated students running their own home service businesses. I'm currently the CEO Pad Pal; The #1 rated home service company in Ottawa. Pad Pal offers a variety of cleaning and maintenance services such as window and gutter cleaning, driveway sealing, power washing, lawn care, and Christmas light installations.
