Brother Film is a creative production company, founded by brothers. I joined as a Partner to help to run and scale the business, whilst working with some of the largest (and smallest) brands in the world.I also won and subsequently headed up the Red Bull Racing Formula 1 account, producing a large variety of content for the team over many years, including overseeing all race weekend and trackside video content in 20 countries across 5 continents every season.Additionally I helped to create and launch our sister company, Brother Music, an award-winning music and sound studio, creating bespoke scores and soundscapes for both Brother’s work, and a large range of other directors, agencies and production companies.From making skate films on VHS as kids, Brother has developed into a production company based in Peckham, London. With a small core team and a tight network of world-class directors and crew, priding itself on delivering creative work with good people. Peckham is a big part of Brother’s DNA, and we also started up a local event series, Peckham Filmmakers, to link up local creatives and hero their work. The event series which still runs today, see's hundreds of people come together every quarter for one of the best industry events for filmmakers in London.

Sliide shows targeted relevant news stories on your smartphone lock screen, and rewards you each month with free airtime credit and data, just for using your phone. Sliide's curated news feed includes branded content and adverts, and we use a portion of the revenue generated to buy data and airtime from the mobile network operators to distribute to our users - providing people with free access to the internet. I worked within Brand Marketing in the UK, working with budgets anywhere from £50k-£1mil, project managing regional and national marketing and advertising campaigns across the business. This included: initial strategy; controlling budgets; overseeing design and artwork of assets; planning and implementing campaign activity; reviewing success. These campaigns included working across print, out of home, digital, social, tv, indirect sampling, and consumer facing in-store advertising. I also worked on consumer research and analysis, art directing various design projects, ensuring that all consumer facing material fits within the brand guidelines, and managed creative agencies, designers, and business partners.

In this role I worked across shopper marketing, strategy & planning, insights and sales. Projects included: new product launch (worked on the launch of Red Bull Zero); content creation; video production; in store strategy and marketing; sales team support; concept sell creation; business planning; insight gathering and analysis.

I ran student marketing and launched the student brand manager program for Outgoing (at the time, the UK's largest student travel and events company), managing a team of 16 SBMs around the UK. I worked on a number of Red Bull titled and supported events, including assisting managing Red Bull House during the London 2012 Olympics, and project managing Red Bull's sponsorship of the Rap Attack stage at Notting Hill Carnival 2012. This involved organising all of the planning in the lead up to the event and the successful execution of the event itself.

The goal of an SBM is to bring the Red Bull brand to life for students at university. A head first dive into a highly competitive and fast paced industry. I learnt excellent communication skills, outstanding customer service, tenacity and received the best sales training in the industry. Over my time at the company I won 15 national awards based on my sales figures and negotiation skills, including ‘Best Newcomer to the Business’ in year one and ‘Best Estate Agent’ for my first full year. I was also the top sales person within the company 2 years in a row.
