CurrentAirbnb is a global marketplace connecting over 5 million hosts with 1.5 billion guests worldwide, offering unique stays and experiences.In my role as Production Lead, I oversee Airbnb’s global brand strategy and high-impact experiential campaigns to drive brand presence, audience engagement, and market reach. Leading a team of 15-30, I ensure seamless execution by coordinating with vendors, ad agencies, production companies, and celebrity partnerships.My key initiatives include spearheading the 'Icons' campaign, which achieved 58M+ social media interactions and reinforced brand consistency across all touchpoints. I also launched 7 major campaigns incorporating in-app assets, social media, and experiential events, that boosted app traffic, social engagement, and visibility by 27%.Additionally, I led the Beetlejuice Icon campaign, which saw 2M unique impressions and became Airbnb’s most successful partnership. My strategic leadership has driven measurable growth and strengthened Airbnb’s global brand identity.
