I am head of the national real estate group. I am a property specialist and leading leasing lawyer. Market knowledge and intelligence is one of my critical deliverables. My practice includes all areas of property, infrastructure and contract law. Largescale capital market transactions is an area of specialisation.My client network includes a broad range of institutional clients, high net worth private investors and developers and private equity groups / syndicates. I operate a practice which is not entirely centric to landlords but also advise large corporates (including a number of ASX listed corporations with largescale occupancy mandates) on their leasing requirements in childcare, office and industrial assets classes.I am an active commentator on contemporary property issues and reforms regularly publishing content for clients and my broader network. My team has recently been involved in some of the largest shopping centre, industrial and office transactions nationally involving due diligence processes, stamp duty and other property related tax advice, FIRB, structuring advice, contract negotiation and aligning contract and legal risk (assessed during due diligence) within acceptable risk tolerances / parameters identified by clients.
